The Integrated Tuberculosis Information System (ITIS) is the official electronic medical record of the Philippine Department of Health (DOH) for tuberculosis (TB) prevention and care. The ITIS was developed and is maintained by the DOH Knowledge Management and Information Technology Service (KMITS) in collaboration with the Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DPCB) - National TB Control Program (NTP). Key Features of ITIS: 1. Conforms with the latest NTP Manual of Procedures 2. Registers patient’s TB case information, symptoms, physical exam, and other demographics 3. Manages TB laboratory requests and results 4. Records medicine regimen and treatment adherence for proper medication administration 5. Works offline and synchronizes data automatically 6. Ensures security of patient data
