The Tribe Social Fitness App is for residents who live close to Tribe Social Fitness, Sydney. Members of Tribe Social Fitness and non-members are able to book classes, record personal best performances in terms of Weight Training and Spin Classes.
Booking classes: Book large classes and small group training.
Large Classes have between 20-30 people per class. These classes include circuit classes as well as Lift Classe s (weight training class), Spin and Mat Pilates.
Small Group Classes include Reformer Pilates and Group Personal Training. Maximum of 8 people in Group PT and maximum of 6 in our Reformer Pilates classes.
Group Personal Training is a one hour session broken up as:
10 minutes warm up, stretching and mobility work.
40 minutes of full body compound weight training lifts to ensure you train every muscle in your body. You will perform exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Pull Ups (band assisted if needed), Push Ups, Shoulder Press, TRX Pull Ups â just to name a few of our exercises.
10 minutes cool down, stretching and mobility work, foam rolling.
Try our Reformer Pilates classes with the best Instructors in Sydney. Only 6 in a group. Benefit from the personal attention as you work your full body concentrating on your abdominals, gluteals, legs and arms. Reformer Pilates will work your muscles in a way that is unachievable lifting regular weights.
