The SmartCare by Cigna Mobile App is designed for Cigna Insurance Middle East customers covered with âSmartcare by Cignaâ plans. You can register by either using your Emirates ID or Neuron ID mentioned on the digital ID card. Fill in all the details required on the registration page on the app and an activation code will be sent to you via email & SMS, enter the code on the SmartCare by Cigna App and you will have successfully registered.
