Improve
Want to improve your Wi-Fi experience? The app takes you through a step-by-step process. Need a Wi-Fi booster? Order it quickly and easily.

Manage
Want to see and pay your bill? Check the details and pay easily via the app.
From now on, you can see in detail which products and options you have from Telenet. You find them under My services in the menu.
Want to share your Wi-Fi with someone? Just have them scan the QR code on your screen, and that's it.
Want to check your fixed internet usage at home? You see at a glance how much data you've used in recent months. You can also very easily see your usage per day (peak and off-peak hours).
Do you have a mobile monthly plan from Telenet? Then you can check your mobile data, minutes used and SMSes. As manager of your WIGO, you can also check a user's mobile usage and temporarily pause their mobile data.
Do you have CLIC? Then you can also block and unblock the data usage of users in your CLIC.
