THE REVAMPED MCARFIX APP FOR MOTORISTS. The mCarFix Motorists App is the App that links Motorists and Motorcyclists with service providers whenever there is need. To achieve this, it relies on your Vehicleâs Registration Number or its (VIN). Benefits of mCarFix App âThe Dashboardâ: The âName Tagâ at the top depicts ownership of the customized services that the App provides from the motor vehicle ecosystems wherever you are located. The âMarket Placeâ is y our showroom or car yard where you sell your vehicle or shop for new ones. If you are subscribed to the Mcarfix Platform, all that is required of you is to post your vehicle details in the mCarFix Market Place and the system brings prospective customers to you. It also links you to our mCarFix Media platform where you able to see the latest features of the App and also exchange ideas about the platform. The âStolen Vehicleâ button is a real-time display of vehicles reported stolen by mCarFix users. Once posted all Mcarfix App users; including police and Insurance providers, are instantly notified. The âSpare Partsâ button connects you with auto stockists that sell spare parts suitable for your car. The âBook Serviceâ button connects you with servicing centers near you whenever you need to service your vehicle. The âAuto Garageâ button connects you with verified auto garages near you whenever you need to have your car repaired. Please note; Basic Garages only repair vehicles but do not sell vehicle spare parts while Premium Garages repair vehicles and sell spare parts too. The âEmergence Servicesâ button links you up with emergency service providers near you whenever there is a need. The âOBDâ button is an onboard diagnostic tool that displays information about the current status of your vehicle. It uses Bluetooth capability. The âOther Servicesâ button opens the user to more services that the mCarFix provides. These services include: - The âRegister Your Carâ feature; by registering your vehicle in mCarFix App, you enable the Mcarfix system to provide the services that your vehicle needs from time to time. - The âProblem/Symptomâ feature; this feature lets you identify the problems that you believe your vehicle could be having. Upon establishing the symptom, the system connects you with the nearby verified mechanics to solve the problem. - The âMy Order Historyâ feature displays the spare parts purchase you that you made within a given time. - The âGenerate Reportâ feature displays a record of how you have been maintaining your vehicle overtime. - The âRenew Insuranceâ feature links you up with insurance providers whenever you need to renew your vehicle insurance. It also keeps you updated on the insurance status of your vehicle. - The âMy Carsâ feature provides a record and details of all the cars that you have signed in the mCarFix Platform. It also lets you sell your car through the platform or renew its insurance policy. You may also use it to update information about the car or sell it! - The âReport Theftâ feature lets you report the theft of your vehicle to the nearest police station in case the unfortunate happens. It also shares the theft report with your insurance provider. - The âReport Accidentâ feature lets you report an accident that involves your vehicle to the nearest police station.
