The Telenet app is the all-in-one app that helps you get the most out of your Telenet.

Improve
â¢ Want to improve your Wi-Fi experience? The app takes you through a step-by-step process. Need a Wi-Fi booster? Order it quickly and easily.

Manage
â¢ Want to see and pay your bill? Check the details and pay easily via the app.
â¢ From now on, you can see in detail which products and options you have from Telenet. You find them under âMy servicesâ in the menu.
â¢ Want to share your Wi-Fi with someone? Just have them scan the QR code on your screen, and that's it.
â¢ Want to check your fixed internet usage at home? You see at a glance how much data you've used in recent months. You can also very easily see your usage per day (peak and off-peak hours).
â¢ Do you have a mobile monthly plan from Telenet? Then you can check your mobile data, minutes used and SMSes. As manager of your WIGO, you can also check a user's mobile usage and temporarily pause their mobile data.
â¢ Do you have CLIC? Then you can also block and unblock the data usage of users in your CLIC.
â¢ And if we have important information for you... You'll get a message via the app. You can view and manage your notifications via âMessagesâ in the menu bar. You can also choose to receive push notifications via the app.
