Lamlha is a road safety App designed to remind you to drive on the correct side of the road for the country that you are travelling in.

It runs in the background on your device and sounds an alert at critical moments in your journey. This is also why it has to be a paid for App, as adverts would get little exposure.

The default alerts can be used for left side or right side traffic and these will tell you which side of the road you should be on when they sound. Alternatively you can record your own alert message or upload audio files to use.

In addition to the audible alerts there are also visual alerts that pop up on your device's screen showing you which lane to get in and which way to go around roundabouts. Again these can be customized using your own image files.

Vibrate can be selected to accompany the alerts.

The App can be used by cyclists/motorcyclists using suitable Bluetooth devices or headphones.

The App also registers your latitude and longitude coordinates. These can be easily accessed by clicking the coordinates button. You can then copy these using the copy button and send them to breakdown assistance or emergency services to enable them to locate you should the need arise.

The App is especially useful during the first few days of driving on an unfamiliar side of the road and upon returning home when mistakes are more likely. However it is possible to make a mistake at any time when driving in an unfamiliar country, and one small mistake can have serious consequences, so it is recommended to use the App for the duration of your trip.
