In development, we determined that currently it is not possible to scan barcodes any longer. We could not get any of the scanning software to work that existed. There are others we could try but they wanted $10k or more a year and when the app doesn't make a fraction of that we could not justify it. We are still pursuing adding back in the scanning capability.
